A new larger child care facility, Kid's Place, is available to all members and their younger children. Kid's Place provides learning games and fun activities for your littlest ones to enjoy, along with outstanding care and supervision, while you work out. Come visit our open two-level cardio area boasting the widest variety of strenghtening equipment around. The built-in and natural lighting displays everything from free weights and lifting stations to some of the most well designed muscular isolation equipment engineered today. From here you'll also notice our Racquetball and Basketball courts. At their discretion, our lady members can take advantage of the Women's Area - a blend of both cardio and strengthening equipment with discrete access to the Ladies Locker Room. After a great work-out head for the sauna or steam room. Or, you can relax in the whirpool or take a swim in our pool under our retractable greenhouse roof. When your done, meet by the fountain in the atrium or stop by The Cafe to replenish your ""bod"" with a nutrtion packed shake or smoothie - they do the body good.
