Description:	Located near the intersection of Highways 6 and 378, Gold's Gym Lexington conveniently serves Lexington, West Columbia, and surrounding areas. The gym features a mezzanine level cardio theatre with bikes, stair climbers, elliptical cross trainers, arc trainers, and treadmills all linked to our Cardio Theater entertainment center. In addition, the club has a music video broadcasting system to jazz up your workouts. Group exercise classes include Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Attack, Body Flow, Body Step, RPM, and yoga. All classes are taught by certified instructors. We offer locker rooms with saunas, and a fully stocked juice bar and pro shop for all your fitness needs. Personal training, Tanning in our 7-Minute and 10-Minute Standing beds, and Kids Care are also available.
